

Nir Zook is the chef and owner of the Cordelia Plaza restaurant, opened in Jaffa in 1999; as well as a gastronomic complex that includes well-known places on Tel Aviv’s night as the rest-bar “Jaffa”, the bistro “The Whiskey Club”, the “The Garden” and the “Maklobar”. He has been a TV presenter specialized in gastronomy. In addition to publishing various cookbooks, it has a permanent column dedicated to gastronomy in YNET and has the “Nir Zook Magazine”, a culinary magazine with more than 30,000 thousand subscribers.
The first event of this gastronomic exchange cycle begins with a presentation on November 27 at 9:30 p.m. of a tasting menu based on traditional Israeli dishes made with raw materials of proximity (Girona) and presented personally by the chef Zook
It’s really a luxury to have Nir to celebrate our tenth anniversary, since eating, drinking, sharing food from Zook is sure at a table in Tel Aviv and traveling to places as exotic as Morocco or Lebanon, or so idyllic like Greece and Italy; but always in first class.
